In some courts the hearing date does not show up in the app or the online system. In those cases, the only way to know your date is by calling the court. This is a serious risk because:
- 1Muchas veces la corte no contesta el teléfono.The court often does not answer the phone.
- 2Su fecha puede cambiar en cualquier momento.Your date can change at any time.
- 3Puede que no le llegue ninguna notificación del cambio.You may not receive any notice of the change.
- 4Si no se presenta, el juez puede ordenar su deportación en ausencia.If you miss it, the judge can order your removal in absentia.

- Busque su número A en sus documentos de inmigración.
- Revise su caso en MigraConnect o en el sistema oficial de la corte.
- Si su fecha no aparece, llame a la corte y anote con quién habló y qué le dijeron.
- Revise de nuevo cada semana y mantenga su dirección actualizada con la corte.
- Hable con un abogado de inmigración cuanto antes.
- Find your A-Number on your immigration documents.
- Check your case in MigraConnect or on the court’s official system.
- If your date does not appear, call the court and write down who you spoke with and what they said.
- Check again every week and keep your address updated with the court.
- Talk to an immigration attorney as soon as possible.
