Cómo encontrar el enlace de su juezHow to find your judge’s link
- Revise su aviso de audiencia. Anote el nombre del juez, la corte (ciudad), la fecha y la hora.
- Abra el directorio oficial de EOIR y busque a su juez por apellido o por estado y corte.
- Use el enlace de WebEx de ese juez y entre unos minutos antes de la hora de su audiencia.
- Si no puede conectarse, o no sabe si su audiencia es en persona o por internet, comuníquese de inmediato con la corte que atiende su caso.
- Review your hearing notice. Write down the judge’s name, the court (city), the date, and the time.
- Open the official EOIR directory and look for your judge by last name or by state and court.
- Use that judge’s WebEx link and join a few minutes before your hearing time.
- If you cannot connect, or you are not sure whether your hearing is in person or online, contact the court handling your case right away.

Judge assignments and their links change often. If we copied a list, it could become outdated and you could join the wrong courtroom. That is why we always recommend using EOIR’s official directory, which is kept up to date.
Lo que debe saberWhat you should know
- Un enlace de WebEx no significa que su audiencia sea virtual. Confirme en su aviso, o con la corte, si debe presentarse en persona. Si pidió comparecer por WebEx, debe presentarse en persona a menos que el juez conceda su moción.
- Acceso por teléfono. EOIR indica que las audiencias por teléfono se conectan marcando 1-415-527-5035 e ingresando el código de acceso que aparece junto al juez en el directorio.
- Está prohibido grabar o fotografiar la audiencia, incluso por internet. Hay sanciones posibles.
- Sin representante, la audiencia es en persona. Según EOIR, quienes no tienen un representante registrado en su caso tienen como modalidad predeterminada la audiencia en persona.
- A WebEx link does not mean your hearing is virtual. Confirm on your notice, or with the court, whether you must appear in person. If you asked to appear by WebEx, you must appear in person unless the judge grants your motion.
- Phone access. EOIR states that telephone hearings are accessed by dialing 1-415-527-5035 and entering the access code listed next to the judge in the directory.
- Recording or photographing the hearing is prohibited, including online. Penalties may apply.
- Without a representative, the hearing is in person. According to EOIR, people without a representative of record in their case default to an in-person hearing.
